Lumar Beauty Spa offers a range of beauty, skincare, and wellness services designed to enhance your natural radiance. All services are subject to availability and may vary by provider. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, pricing, or scheduling policies at any time without notice.

3. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you honor our scheduling policies:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

• Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of their provider.

• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment or deposit to secure future appointments.

5. REFUNDS & RETURNS
Due to the personal nature of our services, all service sales are final. Product returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds are provided as store credit unless otherwise stated.

6. HEALTH & SAFETY
Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform your esthetician or provider of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or current medications before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if it is determined that a treatment may be unsafe or contraindicated.

7. GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONS

• Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
